To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book Post or Speed Post.

How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?

Delivery charge will be calculated in total weight. If you order multiple products at the same time, in that condition delivery charges will be calculated on total products weight. 

Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.

If you take any additional service like-Stitching (Poshak) or Poval (Necklace), it will charge additional which will be update you on whatsapp or sms, it could be take extra time 15-20 days in delivery 

What can I do if the shipment is returned?

If a customer's shipment got returned by courier service mistake then we will arrange your delivery. but if your shipment returns due to your incorrect address detail or not availability while on delivery time, in that condition we will resend your courier, again shipment cost wil be pay from customer side.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are ready to be dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order

Delivery or shipping service is a third party service, it can be delayed or returned due to some reasons, like- delivery network unavailability, incorrect address, customer unavailability or any other reason. Sanjudi Store always try to ship your package on time but, in case of any delay or return we would not be responsible for this incident, if there our team checks all shipment with tracking and coordinates with logistic service and always try to deliver your shipment on time without delay. If the shipment got returned due to the above conditions, we will rearrange your delivery after your confirmation. but we are not responsible for this time spent.

For international delivery it will take 15 to 25 days. It can be delayed more due to unavoidable circumstances.

International shipping cost will be updated to the client after confirming with the international logistic company.
 

Can i make Order on Cash On Delivery (COD)
Yes, we send shipment of Cash On (COD) payment mode, but due to heavy rate of courier returns without reaching the customers, and heavy charges of COD we have reevaluated our COD delivery policy. Now you have to  deposit or advance "20%" of your shipment for COD delivery mode. We do not deliver full amount of COD mode. 

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 7073662717 or email us at info@Sanjudi.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.


If the damaged or tampered package accept by mistake from you or your family members, please take video of this shipment while unboxing and share to us with unpacked package picture from both sides, damaged product picture and shipment label detail. Your video and picture will be check by our Return Management Team, They will coordinate with that logistic partner and get update from there. After analysing they will approve or disapprove for replacement. Once they approve your claim, you would eligible for replacement.
